Wellspring Counselling is a registered charity, based in Nailsea. Wellspring started in 1994 from the desire of local doctors and churches to meet the needs of the local community by providing a professional yet low cost counselling service that other professionals would be happy to refer people to. Whilst our charity still has a Christian ethos and aims to meet people’s needs, the counselling and mental wellbeing courses provided today are by counsellors who are from many different types of backgrounds, with professional training and clinical supervision being of paramount importance. Wellspring Counselling team includes experienced counsellors and trainees. We work with difficulties such as depression, self-esteem, anxiety, relationship problems, bereavement, self-harm and many other mental health issues.
