Jonathan is a lawyer (non-practicing solicitor) and mediator with 27 years of negotiation and dispute resolution experience gained at two major household-name brands (#Apple and #Sony). He’s had a 30+ year career that spans criminal law, through private practice in the City to managing international in-house corporate and compliance functions of 100+ people based in places like Beijing, Tokyo, California, Sweden, UK and mainland Europe.  He is a CEDR-Accredited Mediator (Since 2002) and a Member of the Civil Mediation Council, whose knowledge and skills uniquely qualify him for a range of mediation and conflict resolution scenarios.
