Nathan Rohlander is an artist, illustrator and educator. His artworks are exhibited, published and collected internationally. Modern Family the Emmy Award-winning TV show on ABC features Rohlander’s paintings as visual anchors on their sets. Counting Crows “A LongDecember” music video features his larger than life Picasso painting. Collective Soul and Lush also feature backdrops painted by Nathan. MountainDew, Nike, Lexus and Super Bowl commercials include his work. Rohlander has even directed his own commercial for RFQ solutions.

Esquire, Coast Magazine and many other periodicals feature his work on covers and in articles. He is author, illustrator and contributor to numerous art educational books with Walter Foster Publishing. His two flagship books, “The Figure” and “The Head,” are both academic drawing books focusing on the human form. His books are used to teach figurative drawing and painting courses.
