Home Snag was formed in 2015 by the company’s Managing Director Tom. It formed under the recognition of poor quality new-build houses and seeing snagging reports carried out by unqualified tradesman which were vague and basic. He created a unique process snagging new-builds, utilising high-end technology and methods to identify issues and collate them in a detailed report that customers and site managers could easily understand and act on quickly. HomeSnag is the only snagging company that is RICS accredited and we are a member of the Property Ombudsman.
